As a hotel management company, this is our largest project to date. From the ground up, this building features 16 guest rooms that blend a modern concrete aesthetic with traditional Japanese craftsmanship. Built by famous Japanese architect team, this by far is one of the favorite hotels in Shinjuku area. We assisted our client in building the brand, overseeing construction progress, and managing the business operations from 2019.
